Christmas Shipping Information

NEW ZEALAND

We will be shipping items until Christmas Eve, however we have been advised by our courier company that anything sent after Thursday the 16th of December may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Courier companies will be running on non-public holidays between Christmas and New Year and orders may be delivered during this time period. If you place an order after Wednesday 15 December, please let us know if you would like it to be sent asap or sent in the New Year as we understand some customers may not be at their delivery address during this time period.

AUSTRALIA + THE REST OF THE WORLD

Unfortunately due to COVID delays and Christmas system overload we cannot guarantee any orders will arrive before Christmas.

Any orders placed by December 5th are likely to arrive in time for Christmas Day, but we cannot be held responsible if they are delayed.

Please note we are unable to ship to several countries including the Phillipines, Malaysia and Indonesia. Please contact us for more information about this.
