Sizing Guide

Due to the nature of second hand clothing, sometime the size on the tag is a different fit to expected. We recommend you find a similar item of clothing that fits you well and measure it, then compare the measurements to the ones listed with each item.

If you have any questions about expected fit, don't hesitate to email us and we can point you in the right direction!

T-Shirts, Tops and Jackets

We measure tops flat, from armpit to armpit. To measure one of your own, lie the shirt on a flat surface and measure right underneath the bottom of the sleeve, from one side to the other.

Length is measure from the side of the neck (sometimes known as the high shoulder point or HSP) straight down to the hem, parallel to the side seams. If there is a dramatic difference between front and back measurements then we will let you know both of them.

Most of our tops are originally mens, we reckon anyone will look pretty good in them though. For womens sizing, we generally add a size - so a men's M fits more like a women's L. This is just an estimate, please make sure you use the measurements to decide what fit works for you.

Jeans and Pants

We measure the waist of jeans, as well as the front rise and inner leg seam. Again - the most accurate way to find your size is to measure a pair you already own that fit you well, and compare measurements!

The waist measurement given on each listing is from the pair of jeans or pants in that listing, we recommend if you are measuring your own waist to add a couple of centimetres on for comfort, especially since vintage denim often has no stretch and doesn't give much.

Make sure you also take into account the front rise measurement, this tells you how high or low waisted the pants are. This measurement goes from the crotch up to the top of the waistband, and that point is where the waist measurement should be taken.

Length on pants is taken on the inner leg. Common leg lengths run from 71cm / 28" to 91cm / 36".
